For audiences of leaders or managers, especially those that manage wellness programs, this event is for you. For those that care about wellness or wonder how to make an impact on your team, manager, or improve your company’s culture, this event is for you.

We are honored to have CEO of Motion Infusion, Laura Putnamengage us in an informative and entertaining session that dives into the controversial topic of promoting wellness in the workplace, followed by an inclusive discussion to our NorCal community.

Here’s the truth: If there’s ever a time we need workplace wellness, it’s now. Consider, for example, that rates of diabetes have increased by a whopping 653%, and thanks to all of our labor-saving devices like escalators and remote controls, the average American now sits 9.3 hours a day.  To fight back against chronic stress, chronic disease and poor health habits, most employers now offer some type of wellness offering. The question is: Do they actually work? Considering that over 80% of eligible employees are opting out and obesity rates continue to soar, perhaps not.

Join with us to learn from Laura, author of Workplace Wellness That Works, about why wellness in the workplace is a really good idea, how we can do it better with tactics like activating managers to become multipliers of well-being for their team members, and come away with 10 tangible steps to build a workplace wellness initiative that actually works. The truth is: We can do better – and there’s no reason why you can’t be the one to start a movement of well-being in your organization!
