As Cornellians, we seek to bond with each other in good times and tough times. Unfortunately, with the outbreak of COVID-19, especially in the Bay Area, in-person group gatherings have become too much of a risk to the community.
As a result of the growing number of cases, we have decided to focus on keeping the Cornell NorCal community connected via virtual events in the meantime. We will keep this community up to date on any changes on upcoming events. We hope to see you healthy at an event in the near future.
If you have questions about the status of specific events, please check our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cornell NorCal Board of Directors
We are a community of 15,000 alumni, students, and parents celebrating the spirit of Cornell University in the Bay Area.
There are many ways to get involved and to connect with your fellow Cornellians. Attend one of our events, volunteer with us, or join us in helping to drive scholarship dollars for students attending Cornell.

Cornell NorCal gives back to the community through two Cornell endowed scholarships—the Ira B. Degenhardt Tradition Fellowship and the Peter E. Lee Tradition Fellowship—both of which are managed by Cornell University. With alumni support, we fundraise and make contributions to these scholarship funds on a regular basis. These funds allow us to award Tradition Fellowships to two deserving students from the Bay Area for each year of their four-year tenure at Cornell.
