Spring in San Francisco brings fresh greenery, brighter mornings, and lively bird activity in Blue Heron Lake—so join us for a family-friendly Spring Birdwatching Safari around the lake.
We’ll take a slow, stroller-friendly loop around the water, stopping to spot ducks, herons, cormorants, geese, and other spring visitors. Early spring is also nesting season for the lake’s famous herons, making it a wonderful time for little explorers to look up into the trees and watch for birds in action.
We’ll provide custom Bird Bingo cards for kids, and families can enjoy light conversation, nature moments, and plenty of chirps and quacks along the way.
Remember to wear your Cornell Red!
