IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS & CORNELL NORCAL EVENTS

As Cornellians, we seek to bond with each other in good times and tough times. Unfortunately, with the outbreak of COVID-19, especially in the Bay Area, in-person group gatherings have become too much of a risk to the community.
As a result of the growing number of cases, we have decided to focus on keeping the Cornell NorCal community connected via virtual events in the meantime. We will keep this community up to date on any changes on upcoming events. We hope to see you healthy at an event in the near future.
If you have questions about the status of specific events, please check our website or email us at info@cornellnorcal.com.

Sincerely,

Cornell NorCal Board of Directors

We’re back on popular demand with another wine tasting event featuring Montagne Russe, a wine label from our very own, Kevin Bersofsky '97. Chat with Kevin to learn more about this label specializing in small-production wines from cool climate regions such as the Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley. Kevin and his team hand-pick only tiny vineyards that truly specialize in their craft and produce exceptional grapes, and their efforts were well rewarded with stellar ratings from Wine Advocate in 2017:

Silver and Gold chardonnay ....... 91
Dragon's Back Pinot .......... 94+
Springhill ranch Pinot .......... 95

Many thanks to Phillip Lew '92, a partner at Montagne Russe, for generously opening up his home to host this event.

Ticket cost covers wine tasting, beverages, and charcuterie.

Interested in the event but already have plans? Not to worry. You can join Montagne Russe's wine club here: https://www.russewines.com/Wine-Club

Questions? Please contact Raj Uppala, MBA '15

Event proceeds go towards funding two endowed scholarships-the Ira B. Degenhardt Tradition Fellowship and the Peter E. Lee Tradition Fellowship.
