About the Program:
Join us for a virtual yoga session and chat. This is an opportunity to practice a simple and fun, mindful practice with fellow Cornell NorCal Alum followed by a chance to meet and catch up with each other!
Yoga will be facilitated by Kelly To (SHA '18). Her classes are designed to be as accessible and approachable as possible for practitioners at any level. You can expect a 45-minute flow focused on yoga fundamentals and techniques with a little bit of breathwork and meditation sprinkled in.
