Cornell NorCal invites you to a Health & Wellness event organized in partnership with fellow Ivies Columbia, Yale, Princeton, and Brown.
As moms, taking care of ourselves and our own health and wellness often gets put last on our to-do list. In this workshop, you will learn how to create healthier habits so you can become healthier, less stressed, and a more present mom. Whether you are currently pregnant, newly postpartum or have been a mom for a few years, you will leave with some new tips to take better care of yourself.
We understand that 6 p.m. PT may be a busy time for you and your family. If you're unable to sit down and watch the presentation, feel free to turn up your phone or computer speakers and listen in!
