Volunteer on Cornell Cares Summer 2023 with Milo Animal Rescue at Point Richmond!
There are countless ways that you can help make a difference for the many animals currently awaiting adoption. Volunteers can help with many animal care tasks, such as brushing dogs and socializing cats, or maintenance of the dog park.
We will meet at the Milo facility at 220 S. Garrard Blvd. in Point Richmond at 10 am; this is before the facility opens to the public so please check in with Mae when you enter the facility. Plenty of street and lot parking are available. Masking and social distancing are recommended indoors. There will be a brief orientation, followed by volunteer activities. Children under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
For more information, please contact Mae Lum, Cornell NorCal Event Director.
