The Ivy+ Asian Summer BBQ

The annual tradition is BACK! The Ivy + Pan Asian Summer BBQ at Crissy Field! Close out the summer with friends old and new on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Mix and mingle with alumni from our fellow Ivies and Ivy+ schools.

This is the 12th annual edition of this favorite event. Enjoy great food and drinks and -- pause -- great weather if we are lucky. This is sure to be a huge event since it is the first time since the pandemic that we have held this event.

Date: Saturday, September 9, 2023
Time: 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Crissy Field, West Bluffs Picnic Area (near the Warming Hut), San Francisco
Cost: $20 (must pre-register by Sept. 8 at 1 pm Pacific; no onsite registration)

Menu: Hamburgers (non-meat alternatives too), hot dogs, chicken, salad, snacks, and drinks provided.

Paid parking at Crissy Field can be extremely challenging during the weekends, so please carpool, take public transit, Uber/Lyft, bike/scooter, or other means if possible.
